What's wrong with standard exercise?

Exercise can improve physical health, mood and wellbeing, but only if you can access it. Advice often tells us to create habits, follow programmes and stick to routines. For many ADHDers, that simply doesn’t work.

BIOME movement approaches exercise differently.

It’s not just about what exercise you do. It’s about how you experience exercise—how you start, what keeps you engaged, and how you adapt exercise so you can keep moving—exercise designed around you.
